BW announces first recipients of University Hospitals Health Sciences Scholarships February 12
The awards are aimed at building the healthcare talent pipeline and filling the urgent need for medical professionals.
Are you ready to make a difference? The nursing profession attracts people who want to make an impact in healthcare.
With increasing demand for skilled and compassionate nurses across the country, it is vital that future nurses receive the education they need to be fully prepared to work in a variety of healthcare settings - the emergency room, intensive care, rehabilitation and beyond.
BW's nursing program offers two options to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - a traditional four-year undergraduate bachelor of science in nursing and a 15-month accelerated bachelor of science nursing (ABSN), for those who have already earned an undergraduate degree.
If you already have a bachelor's degree, Baldwin Wallace's Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) can prepare you for a rewarding new career in only 15 months. BW's ABSN combines classroom rigor with comprehensive clinical rotations. You'll gain leadership, communication and critical thinking skills suited to today's complex healthcare system.
BW's traditional undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Nursing teaches in-demand skills using a concept-based curriculum. Clinical rotations begin during your second year in the program to prepare you for the workforce after graduation.
